Q: I am running into problems when I am trying to log in?
A: The most common issue is that you may be entering the wrong username and password combination. Try typing them in again and confirm that you don't have CAPS lock turned on your keyboard. If you are still unable to login, please click here to reset your password.
Q: Am I allowed to sign up for multiple accounts?
A: You may sign up for as many accounts as your need. We do not put any restrictions on users and multiple accounts.
Q: What is a blocked or hidden referrer?
A: A blocked or hidden referrer is shown when a user accesses your web page with a fire wall installed on their computer that does not let us know what page they came from.
Q: Can I edit the counter code that is displayed on my site?
We ask that you do not modify our counter code in any way. We may in some circumstances cancel accounts that we find to have modified the code.
Q: How accurate are your web stats?
Our web stats are very accurate, the only times that they may be slightly off is when site visitors disable java script or either your site or ours runs into technical difficulties.
Q: I have questions about the traffic summary email?
This weekly summary of your traffic is only sent after you opt-in to it. If you wish to cancel it at any time simply log into your account and change the option to not receive the weekly email summary.
